摘    要:针对23 t/h余热锅炉存在破管故障高、严重影响诺兰达炉铜生产系统连续正常作业的问题,采取对辐射室水冷壁等更换、在锅炉管件炉内侧增设防磨套管等技术方案,减少了烟气对管件的磨损、腐蚀。从而有效地减少了锅炉破管次数,保证了系统正常运行。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that many faults in 23 t/h waste heat boiler seriously affects the normal continual operation of the copper production in Noranda furnace,adopts the technical scheme of replacing water-cooling wall in radiant chamber,adding anti-grinding wear thimble inside the pipes furnace of the boiler,decreases the abrasion and erosion to the pipes by the fume,thus reduces the pipe breaking times,ensures the system normal operation.
