| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种自动化程度较高的轮胎分检输送线,取代原来的手工操作。叙述了该线主要的工作流程和特点。分检线采用CC-link网络的Q系列主站模块,并配有触摸屏显示操作画面。系统具有故障检测及报警处理功能。该系统提高了分检效率。

| Abstract: | A type of high automatic separating conveying line of tire is introduced,to replace the original hand operation.The process and characteristics of this line is described.The separating conveying line adopts Q series master module of CC-LINK net,also be equipped with touch-screen to display operation scene.The system has fault detecting function and alarm system.The separating inspection efficiency is improved. |
