| 摘 要： | 济钢中板厂为满足品种板生产需要,优化了矫直区工艺布局,改进了温度制度、压下制度,并采取了平面解析、一品一法等管理措施,建立起适合其自身特点的品种板高效化生产新途径,品种板比例达86.48%,合格率在97%以上。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of variety plate production,The Plate Plant of Jinan Steel optimized the process layout of straightening section,improved the temperature system and reduction schedule and took some management measures such as plane resolution and one grade-one treatment method. Therefore,it is established that a new high efficient production way of variety plates suitable to The Plate Plant own characteristics,the proportion of variety plate reached to 86.48% and the percent of pass was above 97%. |
