膏体充填材料变形性能的研究

摘    要:经试验研究寻找出膏体充填材料力学参数单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、内摩擦角、内聚力与养护龄期、胶结料用量、粉煤灰用量等因素之间的影响规律以及抗压强度与弹性模量之间的关系.研究成果对不同煤矿工艺要求设计合理材料配比具有一定参考.该研究成果在河南煤化集团朱村煤矿充填项目中得以应用验证.

Study of Properties of Paste Filling Material Deformation
Abstract:Physical and mechanical properties of paste filling materials have an important impact on supporting of filling body of coal mine.Test was made to find out the relationship of mechanical parameters of paste filling material such as uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus,internal friction angle,cohesion and curing age as well as cementing material consumption,dosage of fly ash;the relationship between the compressive strength and elastic modulus.The results of the study have certain reference to the design of reasonable material ratio for different technological requirements of coal mine,and it has gotten verification in Zhucun Mine Project.
