摘    要:研究了利用脱硫粉煤灰、普通粉煤灰、炉渣等工业废渣生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块的方法.通过试验研究和生产应用,优化确定了蒸压加气混凝土砌块水料比为0.60,干料中各种材料的百分比分别为:生石灰20%、水泥3%、炉渣5%、普通粉煤灰36%、脱硫粉煤灰36%,铝粉掺入量为425 g/m3.

Abstract:In this paper, The autoclaved aerated concrete block prepared by desulfurization fly ash, ordinary fly ash, cinder and other industrial waste residue was studied. Through the experimental research and production application, the autoclaved aerated concrete block of proportion was as follows: 0.60 of water/cement ratio, 20% of quicklime, 3% of cement, 5% of cinder, 36% of ordinary fly ash, 36% of desulfurization fly ash and 425 g/m3 of aluminium powder.
