| 摘 要： | 研究不同浅色填料对填充氯化聚乙烯橡胶（CM）物理性能的影响,并研究了硅烷偶联剂Si69改性白炭黑填充CM的硫化特性和物理性能,在此基础上开发出了氯化聚乙烯彩色矿用电缆配方。结果表明,白炭黑对CM胶料的综合效果最好,但是其门尼粘度、硬度太高,耐老化性不好,加入Si69改性后,胶料的各项指标得到改善,尤其是耐老化性能得到明显提高,当白炭黑填充量为30份时,Si69用量为2份时胶料的综合性能最好,其它浅色填料中滑石粉填充氯化聚乙烯的效果较好。

| Abstract: | Studied the influence of different fillers to the physical performance of chlorinated polyethylene and the Si69 variable research of the CM that filled with silica. Then developed the colored CM mineral cable. The results are as follows： the tensile strength,tear strength, DIN abrasion and the volume resistivity are all the highest in the tinted fillers, but the hardness shore A and the mooney viscosity are also the highest, and the anti-aging performance is the worst, in other tinted fillers, the talcum powder are better,adding Si69 to the CM filled with silica can improve the performance obviously. |
