锻造用钢锭凝固过程温度场数值模拟及其应用

摘    要:在分析锻造用钢锭凝固过程特点的基础上,建立起钢锭铸造凝固的二维非稳态温度场计算数学模型,并编制程序。计算结果反映了钢锭铸造凝固过程中温度场分布。利用该程序,可以对钢液在相似结构钢锭模中的凝固温度场进行预测和评价,也可以通过对比来优化钢锭模设计。

Abstract:A two-dimensional unsteady temperature field calculation mathematical model has been set up by analyzing ingot solidification process and the program has been developed. The calculation results showed the distribution of temperature field during the casting solidification process. By using this program, the solidification temperature field for molten steel in ingot mold with the similar structure can be predicted and evaluated as well as the design of ingot mold can be optimized by means of the comparison.
