摘    要:开发了一种能在线应用的地区电网故障恢复系统,该系统既可由故障诊断程序启动,用于在线辅助事故后的调度决策,也可由静态安全分析程序启动,用于事故预想和辅助编制事故预案。文章提出了一种基于断路器隔离开关组的新的故障恢复路径搜索策略,提高了搜索的效率和准确性。由于采用搜索方式动态形成电网各设备间的逻辑关系,因此网架结构变化时无需对故障恢复系统做特殊维护。该系统已在兰州地区电网在线运行4个月,运行情况良好,恢复策略正确,证明了该系统的有效性。

Abstract:A regional network fault restoration system that can be applied in on-line mode is researched and realized. This fault restoration system can be started either by fault diagnosis program to make post-fault dispatching decision, or by power system static security analysis program for accident premeditation and auxiliary drafting of accident prearrangement. On the basis of breaker and switch group the authors propose a new searching strategy for restoration path to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the search. Because the logical relation among equipments within power network is dynamically formed by search strategy, so special maintenance of fault restoration system is not needed while the structure of power system varies. The proposed fault restoration system has been put into operation in Lanzhou regional power network for four months, practical operation results show that its operation effect is well and its restoration strategy is correct, thus the effectiveness of the proposed fault restoration system is verified.
