摘    要:本文用6150柴油机燃气温度拟合成三角形热冲击模式,作为活塞顶面的热激励源,建立了高周波三角形热冲击及集总参数导热模型,计算该活塞顶面温度响应曲线及其变化规律,以作为活塞顶面热疲劳分析和研究的基础。

Abstract:With a coupled caculation related to high temperature of combution gas,which can be considered as a heat excitation resource,a triangle thermal shock model is presented in this paper. The temperature response curve and temperature variation rule of piston head for model 6150 diesel engine are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the high cyclic triangle thermal shock and heat transfer para-menters model can be applied in analysis and research of thermal fatigue for piston head.
