摘    要:目的建立气相色谱法同时测定乳油农药中哒螨灵和联苯菊酯成分的分析方法。方法采用气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器和DB-1701毛细管色谱柱,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标物,对试样中哒螨灵和联苯菊酯同时进行分离和检测,内标法定量。结果本方法在11 min内完成了乳油农药中哒螨灵和联苯菊酯的分离检测,标准偏差分别为0.03和0.02,变异系数分别为0.29%和0.99%,平均回收率分别为98.8%和100.3%,线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9994。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确、灵敏,可用于样品中的哒螨灵和联苯菊酯的有效分离。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of pyridabin and bifenthrin in emulsion pesticide by gas chromatography. Methods Pyridabin and bifenthrin were separated by gas chromatography with DB-1701 chromatographic column and detected by ionization detector, with dioctyl phthalate as internal standard, and internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results The separation and detection of pyridabin and bifenthrin from the emulsion pesticide were completed in 11 min. The standard deviations for pyridabin and bifenthrin were 0.03 and 0.02, respectively, while coefficients of variation were 0.29% and 0.99%, average recoveries were 98.8% and 100.3%, and linear correlation coefficients were 0.9996 and 0.9994. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for the effective separation of pyridabin and bifenthrin in samples.
