阶跃阻抗带通微带滤波器的设计仿真与优化

摘    要:介绍了阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)的结构和原理,分析了这种结构谐振器的优越性,在此基础上结合平行耦合线滤波器设计原理设计了一个平行耦合SIR带通滤波器。结合射频和微波电路CAD软件———Angilent ADS2003对其参数进行了仿真和优化,大大提高了设计效率和质量。通过仿真结果表明,能够满足工程设计要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and theory of stepped inpedance resonator and analyzed the advantage of this structure.The theory of parallel-coupled filter to design a SIR bandpass filter,and their parameters are simulated and optimized using Angilent ADS 2003,a RF and microwave circuit CAD software.The efficiency and quality is enhanced significantly.The simulation results indicated that the performance of the designed filter can meet the requirements in engineering design.
