摘    要: 以含钛高炉渣为主要原料制备了泡沫玻璃绝热材料,研究了添加剂对泡沫玻璃性能的影响。结果表明:发泡剂选择碳酸钙,随着发泡剂掺量的增加,泡沫玻璃泡孔增大,发泡剂掺量为0.5%~1.5%时能够制得合乎要求的试样;掺加适量的磷酸钠可以对发泡过程起到稳泡的作用,稳泡剂的适宜掺量为5%~7%;以硼砂作为助熔剂,能够降低基础玻璃的软化温度,有利于泡沫玻璃的烧成,硼砂的适宜掺量范围是6%~8%;通过正交试验确定了添加剂的最优掺量为:发泡剂碳酸钙1.5%,稳泡剂磷酸钠6%,助熔剂硼砂6%。添加剂对泡沫玻璃性能的影响程度顺序为发泡剂>稳泡剂>助熔剂。

Abstract:The foam glass insulation material is prepared by using Titania-bearing blast furnace slag as the main raw material. The impact of additives including foaming agent, foam stabilizer, and flux on glass properties is examined. The single-factor experiment was adopted to determine the range of process parameter, and then it is optimized by orthogonal means and the optimal quantity is founded. The results show that the quantity of foaming agent has a great effect on the average diameter and pore's homogeneity of foam glass. The quantity of foam stabilizer has a lim-it function to the big bubble's production. The degree of impact of additives on glass properties arrange in an order of calcium carbonate, foaming agent and borax flux. The optimal number value of added additives is confirmed by u-sing orthogonal method as 1.5%, 6%, and 6% for calcium carbonate, foaming agent, borax flux respectively. Af-ter preheating, sintering, foaming and foam stability and annealing heat treatment process, an amorphous foam glass with uniform pore size and small thermal conductivity was obtained. XRD analysis shows that the sample interior has the little crystalline state production and sample internal malcrystalline is phosphorus quartz.
