小关子水电站引水管桥施工

摘    要:小关子水电站因采用右岸取水、厂房布置在左岸的方案,故左右岸引水隧洞采用钢筋混凝土拱桥(管桥)跨河连接。管桥立拱圈为现浇钢筋混凝土箱形等截面悬链线无铰拱,净跨124m,净矢高24.8m。桥面宽12m,长210.5m,桥面上没有φ6.5m的引水钢管。管桥荷载为40t/m。在边坡、基础开挖及支护,钢拱架施工,混凝土浇筑,钢管安装等环节,采用了合理的施工方案和管理措施,工程质量达到优良标准。经测试,管桥的应力、应变值均在设计允许范围内。

Abstract:The XHS adopts the layout scheme of intake in the right bank and powerhouse in the left bank, so the right bank and left bank diversion tunnels are linked across the river by reinforced concrete arch bridge (a bridge for diversion tunnel) The vertical arch ring of the bridge is a box constant section, catenary non articulated arch and is made of cast in situ reinforced concrete The bridge for tunnel has a net span of 124 m and a net rise of 24 8 m Such bridge is 12 m wide and 210 5 m long There is a diversion pipe with a diameter of 6 5m on the bridge The load of the bridge is 40 t/m The rational construction alternatives and management measures were adopted in the following construction aspects, such as the excavation of side slope and foundation, the erection of support, steel arch frame, the concrete placement, the installation of steel pipe The project has gained high quality According to the actual measurement, the stress and strain values all are within the design allowance
