光伏背板用PET老化性能研究

摘    要:利用湿热老化、热氧老化对PET及使用该PET为基材的光伏背板进行处理,测定了老化后PET及背板的力学性能,并利用红外、DSC、粘度测试等分析方法研究了PET在上述老化过程中官能团、结晶度、分子量以及断裂伸长率的变化情况,并探讨了这些物性的变化与PET微观结构变化之间的联系.

Abstract:PET and photovoltaic backsheet based on the PET were treated by those ageing methods, such as hygrothermal ageing and thermal oxidation ageing and so on. Then elongation at break of PET and backsheet after ageing were tested. Afterwards, the changes of functional groups, crystallinity, molecular weight and elongation at break in the process of ageing were analyzed by means of FT-IR, DSC, viscosity and mechaical property tesing. And then the relationship between these property changes and the mechanism of material microstructure changes was investigated.
