低温贫营养原位生物投菌技术脱氮特性研究 |

摘 要: | 为有效解决微污染水体原位生物脱氮处理中存在的低温、贫营养及好氧环境问题,采用自适应及菌源生态重组策略构建了低温贫营养脱氮功能菌群,考察了该功能菌群在低温条件下的实验室静态脱氮效能。结果表明,在水温为10~18℃,菌投量为1 mg/L,水源水水质为CODMn3.262 mg/L、NH4+-N 0.186 mg/L、NO2--N 0.012 mg/L、NO3--N 2.237 mg/L、TN 2.616mg/L的条件下,系统运行期间硝氮和总氮去除率最大可达到46%和53%。同时还探讨了低温微生物的冷适应机制,为开展低温季节微污染水体原位生物修复研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract: | In order to solve the problems of low temperature,poor nutrient and aerobic environment resulted by biological removal of nitrogen for micro-polluted raw water in-situ,the low temperature resistant and oligotrophic denitrifying functional microorganism groups could be constructed by self-adjustment and eco-recombination,and the static denitrification effects of the functional microorganism groups were studied in laboratory.The results showed that the maximum removal rate of NO-3-N and TN could reach 46% and 53% respectively during operation under the conditions of temperature about 10 to 18 ℃,dosage of inoculation 1 mg/L,and CODMn 3.262 mg/L,NH+4-N 0.186 mg/L,NO-2-N 0.012 mg/L,NO-3-N 2.237 mg/L,TN 2.616 mg/L in the source water quality.The cold-adapted mechanism of low temperature resistant microorganisms was also discussed,and it could provide a theoretical basis for the research of in-situ bioremediation for micro-polluted raw water in cold seasons. |
