波导传输检波装置的研究

波导传输检波装置用以发射机的检波式功率监测,是雷达导引头发射机的一个重要组成部分。发射机产生的大功率射频信号经过波导传输检波装置最终传输给天线,在大功率传输过程中,波导传输检波装置从大功率射频信号中耦合出一定量进行射频信号包络检波,检波信号通过外围电路处理可以反映发射机工作状态,并可反馈优化发射机工作状态。文中介绍了波导传输检波装置的设计原理,并对设计中的一些重要环节进行了仿真,其中包括了温度对设计的影响。

Research of waveguide device including radiodetector

Waveguide device including radiodetector operated on inspection of transmitter’s power is a important part of the radar transmitter.The high power RF signals are transmitted through waveguide device including radiodetector from transmitter to antenna ultimately.In the transmission route,the device detects partial signals couplled from the high power RF signals.The detected signal reflects on transmitter’s operating state and optimizes its state.In this paper,the design principle and some emulation are introducted.
