摘    要:由于随动系统的传动过程中存在齿隙,机械传动系统中齿轮轮齿的间隙会形成非线性位置误差,它影响着系统的动态性能和稳态精度,所以在伺服系统中消除齿隙十分必要;通过分析双电机伺服系统的消隙原理,系统建立了基于偏执电流方法的消隙模型,对比消隙前与消隙后的效果,得出偏执电流方法能够很好地消除齿隙这一结论。

Abstract:Non-linearity of anti-backlash is non-linearity position error which is caused by wheel tooth of machine driven system.As it affects the dynamic performance and steady precision of the system,it’s necessary to eliminate tooth gap in the servo system.By analyzing the principle of anti-backlash of servo system by double-motor,this system establishes the model of anti-backlash based on paranoid current.With contrasting the effect of anti-backlash and no anti-backlash,it concludes that paranoid current method can eliminate tooth gap.
