机载设备机箱的电磁屏蔽设计

摘    要:基于机载设备在复杂电磁环境中实现电磁兼容的目的,利用电磁屏蔽原理提高机载设备抑制电磁干扰的能力,通过分析机载设备对机箱的设计要求,得出了机载设备机箱屏蔽设计包括机箱材料选择和保证屏蔽完整性两方面的结论,并进一步给出了机载设备机箱结构上关于盖板、通风孔、导线穿透和开口、缝隙处理等方面电磁屏蔽设计的方法和技术措施。

Abstract:Based on airborne equipment achieving electromagnetic compatibility under complex electromagnetic environment,using the principle of electromagnetic shielding for electromagnetic interference suppression,through the analysis of the design requirements of airborne equipment case,the shielding design of airborne equipment case includes material selection and ensure the shielding integrity,and further gives the airborne equipment case structure on the cover,vent,wire penetrating and opening,crack treatment and other aspects of electromagnetic shielding design method and technical measures.
