摘    要:以J市供水系统为研究对象,运用风险矩阵法和层次分析法对该市供水系统的风险进行了分析.结果表明,J市供水系统的风险等级接近Ⅲ级;原水系统和制水系统的风险等级达到Ⅲ级,且风险因素主要集中在自然因素、基础设施与设备设施三个方面;输配水系统及二次供水系统的风险等级为Ⅱ级,需要加强管理.同时,根据风险评估结果提出了相应的风险对策...

Abstract:Taking water supply system in J City as research object,the risk of water supply system was analyzed by risk matrix and analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that the risk grade of water supply system in J City was close to Grade Ⅲ.The risk grade of raw water system and water production system reached Grade Ⅲ,and the risk factors mainly focused on the natural factors,infrastructure and equipment facilities.The risk grade of water distribution system and secondary water supply system was Grade Ⅱ which was needed to manage.Meanwhile,the relative risk countermeasures were put forward according to the risk assessment results.It could provide reference for research and application of urban water supply system risk assessment.
