摘    要:介绍一种基于CAN总线的远程数据分布式测控系统,用于实现生产过程中集中监测、管理和分散控制。该系统能够实时监测工业现场多种设备温度、湿度、电压、电流、压力、流量等数据,采用EM9161为工控嵌入式主板,通过CAN总线组成分布式控制网络。该系统不仅通信距离远、速率高,而且抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:A remote data distributed monitoring and control system based on CAN bus is introduced in order to achieve implement centralized monitoring,managing and distributed controlling in the production process.The system is capable of real-time monitoring a variety of equipment temperature,humidity,voltage,current,pressure,flow and other data in the industrial site.EM9161 is used to be the industrial embedded motherboard.Besides,distributed control network is composed through CAN bus.This system has far communication distance,high speed,as well as strong anti-jamming capability.
