摘    要:为满足生产调度的需要及保证供水安全,加压泵站完善的控制功能及通畅、可靠的数据传输是首要解决的问题.通过硬件整合及软件编程,将原本分散的水泵、阀门、通信控制系统集中控制,实现联动操作.从无线电台通信到光纤通信方式的转变不仅保证了数据传输的实时性和有效性,而且避免了设备被雷击的风险.改造后的控制系统可以买现集中控制,容易排除故障,操作界面简单且开放性好,可为工作人员实现科学调度提供更加有效的管理平台.

Abstract:In order to meet the need of production dispatching and ensure safety of water supply,the perfect control function,smooth and reliable data transmission of the booster pump station were the primary issues to solve.The pumps,valves and communications control system were controlled to realize combined operation through hardware integration and software programming.The transition from radio communications to fiber communications not only ensured the real-time and effective data transmission,but also avoided the risk of being struck by lightning.Centralized control could be realized in the system after reconstruction,trouble was easy to eliminate,the interface of operation was simple and openness was good.It could provide more effective management platform for the staff to realize scientific dispatching.
