汽车驾驶模拟器二自由度运动系统

摘    要:为汽车驾驶模拟器设计了一种二自由度运动系统。该系统采用电动驱动方式,提供仰俯、侧倾两个自由度运动。介绍了该系统软、硬件结构和相关控制算法。其中硬件系统由运动平台和电控系统构成,执行机构采用伺服电机及电动缸。软件系统将汽车运行参数解算成电动缸的控制参数,控制电动缸完成运动控制。平台可以实现汽车运行过程中的大部分体感模拟。

Abstract:Design a two degres of freedom motion system for Vehicle driving simulator.The system uses the electric drive mode,has pitch and roll movement.The paper describes the system software,the hardware architecture and the control algorithm.The hardware system consists of the motion platform and electric control system,the executing agency is the servo motors and electric cylinder.Software system make vehicle operating parameter into electric cylinder control parameter,control the electric cylinder completing the movement.The platform can achieve most of the somatosensory simulation of the real car running.
