摘    要:针对现有煤矿监控系统的数据传输还主要采用主从式、基带传输或FSK传输的通信方式,使得通信网络结构单一、监控设备冗余度不高、危险控制响应时间慢等缺点,本文提出新一代煤矿监控系统研究,论文建立了新一代煤矿监控系统结构模型,并对系统关键技术进行了深入研究,研究了基于现场总线的多主分站通信技术及监控软件技术,然后对系统进行了井下现场工业性试验与测试,结果表明,新一代煤矿监控系统无需上位机便可自动完成分站之间的对等通信与控制功能,响应时间小于5 s,且网络结构可靠性高,系统运行稳定,断开冗余线路的任何一根光纤,自恢复时间不大于20 ms。

Abstract:The present coal mine monitoring and control systems have shortcomings.The data transmission mode mainly adopts master-slave,baseband transmission and FSK transmission.The communication network structure is single and the monitoring device redundancy is not high,risk control response time is slow.A new generation of coal mine safety monitoring system is proposed in this paper.A new generation of coal mine safety monitoring system structure model is established in this paper.The key technology of the system is studied.The multi main substation communication technology based on the LonWorks bus and software technology is studied.And then the coal mine industrial test is made.The results show that,the new generation of coal mine safety monitoring system without host computer can automatically complete sub station communication and control function,response time is less than 5 s,and the network structure of high reliability,stable system operation,disconnect the redundant line of any one fiber,since the recovery time is no more than 20 ms.
