| Abstract: | The paper researches the performance appraisal of urban management based on urban competence.The principles of the performance appraisal is put forth.A performance appraisal model of urban management is established,and the counterpart appraisal indicators are designed.Finally,the application of the performance appraisal of urban management is described. |
