摘    要:温度与年降水量的上升,季节性降雨模式的变化,频繁的极端天气事件都会影响地区电力设备的选择及电力部门的决策.温度升高会增加电力消耗及电网对峰值功率的需求,降低发电厂效率和变压器的寿命,并增加传输损耗.频繁的极端天气事件可能导致发电和输配电过程中更多的中断和基础设施的破坏.因此电力部门决策需要一个多元化的,能够适应气候变化的方案减少气候对电力部门的负面影响,本文以我国南方沿海某地区的气象信息为例,阐述了气候对电力的影响,并提出对现有电力系统的改造方案.

Abstract:The rise of temperature and precipitation, extreme weather events will affect the choice of power equipment. Temperature increase will increase power consumption and peak power, reduce power plant efficiency, transformer life and increase transmission losses. Extreme weather events could damage the infrastructure during power generation and transmission. So the power department needs a diversified, adaptive plan to reduce the negative impact of climate on the power sector. Based on the meteorological information, we expound the influence of climate on power, and put forward the reform plan of the existing power system.
