| Abstract: | This paper develops a system based on the B/S research program that runs on the server side, and needs to be installed on the client side. The main functions of the system are query information, declaration of scientific research, annual statistics, research and approval, comprehensive office and so on. The system has a particularly fast running speed, high query efficiency, good user interface, scientific research award basic management research plan information requirement satisfaction. |
