摘    要:随着无损检测技术的发展,除了常规超声、射线、磁粉、渗透等常规无损检测方法以外,相控阵超声、TOFD、阵列涡流等检测方法也开始应用在电厂汽轮机的检测中,这些新的检测方法和传统的检测方法相比拥有很多明显的优势,随着各电厂对检测要求的越来越高,这些新技术在电厂中的应用也越来越广泛,本文介绍了电厂汽轮机部件常用的检测方法,特别详细介绍了各类新技术在汽轮机检测中的应用.

Abstract:With the help of the improvement of NDT technology, in addition to the conventional technology such as UT, RT, MT, PT,ET, some new technology, for example, phased array ultrasonic, TOFD and eddy current arrayhave also been used in the in service inspection of power plant. Compared with the conventional technologies, these new technologies have several advantages. Because of the increasing demanding of theinspection quality, these new technologies will be widely used in the power plants in the future. The NDT methods of turbine metal components have been discussed in this article, especially the new NDT technologies.
