摘    要:LXI技术是新一代测试技术的发展趋势,具有高度的开放性和灵活性,可以组成以太网的测量仪器系统,不受带宽、软件和计算机结构的束缚,已经成为解决新一代测试系统的理想方案,因此对LXI仪器的深入研究显得很有必要.本文将介绍LXI总线技术的特点,对多通道数据采集系统进行设计和研究,并对设计中存在关键技术和问题进行阐述.

Abstract:The test of LXI technology is a new trend of technology developmentwith a high degree of openness and flexibility. The LXI can form Ethernet measuring instrument system, not be restricted by the bandwidth, the software and the structure of computer, has become the ideal solution to a new test system. So the deep study of LXI instruments is very necessary. This article introduces the characteristic of LXI bus technology, study on the multi-channel data acquisition system, and the key of technologies and problems existing in the design are expounded.
