浅析电饭煲的电子线路设计

摘    要:本设计通过热敏电阻把温度信号转变成电压信号,再经转换把电压信号变成的数字信号,然后由控制继电器,达到温度控制工作.本电饭煲采用起伏加热模式,通过微电脑控制,模拟人工炊煮.电饭煲由普通型的内胆外露,发展到豪华型全包式,其中功能由单一煮饭功,发展到煮粥、蒸炖等,控制方式由简单机械控制,发展为微控制以及模糊控制等.电饭煲的原理是利用电能转变为内能,具有方便,环保卫生,对食品进行蒸、煮、炖、煨等功能.已经成为人们日常生活的电器,缩减了家庭煮饭时间.

Abstract:The design of the thermistor through the temperature signal into a voltage signal, and then converted into a voltage signal into a digital signal by the control relay to achieve temperature control. The ups and downs of the heating mode of electric cooker, the microcomputer control, artificial cooking. The rice cooker liner by exposure of ordinary type, to the development of luxury package, which consists of a single function to the development of cooking work, porridge, steamed stew, controlled by a simple mechanical control mode, for the development of micro control and fuzzy control. The principle of electric rice cooker is the use of electrical energy into internal energy, with convenient, environmental health, food steaming, boiling, stewing, simmer and other functions. It has become the daily life of electrical appliances and reducing the family cooking time.
