飞行员弹射救生座椅轨迹测试系统研究

摘    要:火箭橇试验作为弹射救生座椅性能检测的重要手段,贯穿于弹射救生产品的设计、研发、产品定型及产品交付的全过程.在试验中,弹射座椅的轨迹测试数据是评判产品性能的重要指标.本文通过对倒北斗导航系统的原理分析及试验搭载,将其引入到弹射座椅的火箭橇试验中,去弥补现有光学轨迹测试手段的不足,从而提高轨迹测试的精度.

Abstract:The rocket sled test is an important method for the performance test of the ejection lifesaving seat, which runs through the whole process of design, research and development, product configuration and product delivery. In the experiment, the trajectory data of ejection seat is an important index to judge the performance of the product. This paper through the principle analysis and test on the back is equipped with the Beidou navigation system, introduced to the rocket sled test ejection seat, to make up for the deficiency of existing optical track testing method, so as to improve the precision of trajectory test.
