基于GIS的应急指挥系统平台分析与研究

应急指挥系统主要是在遇到突发事件的时候进行运行的一种计算机应急系统.GIS地理信息系统可以对空间数据进行采集和分析,对复杂的应急管理问题进行处理的计算机系统.随着计算机应用技术的发展,地理位置信息系统成为计算机信息系统中主要的组成部分,地理位置信息系统在计算机应急系统中的应用,为突发事件的应急处理提供了重要的技术支持.本文应急管理和地理位置信息系统在应急系统中的应用进行了分析,对基于地理位置信息GIS的应急指挥系统平台进行了研究.

Analysis and research of emergency command system platform based on GlS

The emergency command system is a computer emergency system which is operated when the emergency happens. GIS geographic information system can collect and analyze spatial data, and deal with complex emergency management problems of computer system. With the development of computer application technology, geographic information system has become the main part of the computer information system, geographic information system emergency system based on computer, it provides important technical support for emergency treatment. In this paper, the application of emergency management and geographic information system in emergency system is analyzed, and the emergency command system platform based on geographic information GIS is studied.
