自动测试系统通用测试平台技术研究

随着电子设备测试需求的增高,越来越多的自动测试系统投入到实际应用中,由此带来了多种电子设备测试系统兼容的问题,并造成了一定的资源浪费,因此需要有一种通用的自动测试系统通用测试平台来解决这种问题.本文通过对国外自动测试系统典型通用测试平台的研究提出了一种可灵活二次开发自动测试系统通用平台设计思想,并在某型号航电设备测试系统中得到了较好的应用.

The Research on General Test Platform for ATS

With the increasing requirement of electronic equipment test and practical application of automatic test system (ATS), the compatibility issue of multiple electronic equipment test systems appears, also to a certain extent, a waste of resources occurs. Thus there is necessity of general test platform for ATS. After researching on several foreign general test platforms of ATS, this paper proposes a design of secondary-developable general test platform for ATS, which has already been applied in a certain avionics test system.
