| 摘 要： | 本文设计一款基于VXI总线的高精度数字多用表,其精度要求为六位半,通过信号调理电路、电阻分压衰减网络电路以及电流源电路等设计,实现电压、电流、电阻、频率等基本电信号的精确测量,其已应用于某自动测试平台,具有良好的应用前景.

| Abstract: | The main task of this paper is to design a VXI bus based high-precision six and a half digit DMM(Digital Multi-Meter) . The DMM can make accurate measurement of basic electrical signals such as voltage, current, resistance and frequency by designing its signal conditioning circuit, resistor divider attenuation network and current source circuit. This DMM has been applied to some automatic test platform and it shows bright application future. |
