压力容器设计时厚度的讨论

摘    要:压力容器厚度的选取 ,以及厚度变化对强度的影响。阐述了当图样设计厚度处于相应材料厚度范围临界值时 ,材料许用应力随板厚变化而变化的问题。并举例说明当制造工艺人员考虑加工成型减薄量而增加板厚时 ,材料强度会降低 ,设计人员必须增加最小厚度值以保证受压元件成型后的最小厚度仍能满足强度要求

Abstract:There are some discussions on how to delect the wall thickness in pressure vessel design,and the wall thickness changements affect the strength.This article has expatiated that the working stress of the material will change with the wall thickness when the design thickness is at critical value of the material thickness.And this article has taken examples when the technologist increases the wall thickness for the minish,the strength of the material will reduce,and the designer must increase the least thickness in order to ensure that the least thickness of press component after molding still satisfies with the stress.
