摘    要:横向磁通电机越来越受到世界各国研究者的注意,尤其在风力发电、军舰等要求低速大转矩的应用场合.相比常规电机,横向磁通永磁同步电动机可以提供更大的转矩密度,却存在功率因数低的问题.本文提出了一种新颖横向磁通永磁电机(TFPM)结构,即采用单边结构、卷绕式定子铁心、内置式聚磁转子结构.该电机结构工艺简化,同时具有高转矩密度和高功率因数的性能特点.文章首先讲述了新型电机的结构特点,接着利用 3D-FEM 工具对电机漏磁系数进行计算,并讨论电机结构尺寸变化对电机漏磁系数的影响.最后给出最新样机的部分参数.

Abstract:Much attention is presently focused upon the transverse flux permanent magnet machine (TFPM), especially in high torque and lower speed application such as the wind power generation and the electric propulsion of naval ship. A TFPM offers a higher specific torque and power density than conventional electric machines, but at a cost of a poorer power factor. Design of TFPM to operate at both higher power density and optimal power factor requires accurate performance prediction. In this paper, a new single-sided flux-concentrated TFPM with winding stator core considering above two important characteristics is described. The flux leakage coefficient at no-load of the machine is obtained. The influences of different motor dimensions on the performance of the machine are studied. At last, parts of the prototype TFPM parameters are shown.
