霍尔传感器温度补偿方法研究

摘    要:利用半导体霍尔效应制成的霍尔元件,当控制电流和环境温度一定时,霍尔电势与磁场的磁感应强度成正比,半导体自身的温度特性直接影响到霍尔传感器的使用效果,只有采取必要的温度补偿措施才能保证信号测量的精度,恒压供电输入端补偿方法不能控制电源内阻的影响,恒流源供电可以消除电源内阻影响,但处理过程中忽略了高次项仍然是影响精度的因素,采用输入端、输出端同步补偿的方式,进一步改善了传感器的温度特性,提高了霍尔传感器的环境适应能力。

Abstract:Hall sensor is made based on the hall effect of the semiconductor Hall voltage is proportional to the magnetic induction intensity when the control current and environment temperature are certain. The temperature characteristics of the semiconductor affect the use effect of hall sensors directly. Temperature compensation is necessary to ensure the accuracy of signal measurement. Constant voltage power supply and input terminal compensation method cannot control the power resistance. Constant current power supply can eliminate the influence of the power internal resistance. But the higher order term is ignored on the processing. Take the way of the input and output side synchronous compensation. Improve the temperature characteristic of the sensor and improves the ability to adapt environment of hall sensor
