基于LabVIEW的发动机叶尖间隙采集软件设计

摘    要:航空发动机叶尖间隙测量技术能够为主被动叶尖间隙控制的设计提供依据。由于航空发动机高压涡轮的叶尖间隙动态数据具有频率高、形式复杂等特点,采集过程中数据流量大,在基于LabVIEW的动态叶尖间隙数据集软件开发过程中,使用"生产者/消费者模式"进行程序设计以提高程序的运行效率。为了验证该软件的正确性和可靠性,进行了实验室测试,结果显示该数据采集软件能够完成多通道、8M采样率的同步采集,满足航空发动机叶尖间隙数据采集的要求。

Abstract:Measurement of aero-engine tip clearance can provide references for active and passive control of tip clearance. For the high frequency and complex form of tip clearance data, huge volume test data produced. Use 'Producer/consumer pattern' to improve operational efficiencies in data acquisition programming. Laboratory experiments were carried out to ensure validity and reliability of the program,the results show that this data acquisition software can complete double channel synchronous acquisition which sample rate was 8M,and this system can meet the measuring requirements.
