摘    要:半实物仿真作为评估导弹整体性能必不可少的手段,在导弹的设计定型中起着至关重要的作用。针对测试设备微型化、通用化的发展趋势,提出了一种采用高性能工控机,辅以MATLAB/Simulink建模工具和VxWorks实时操作系统进行某导弹半实物仿真的方案。详细介绍了VxWorks实时代码生成技术和S函数应用于硬件接口驱动程序开发的过程。通过将半实物仿真的结果与纯数字仿真结果进行对比分析证明了设计的半实物仿真测试系统是有效可行的。

Abstract:As a essential means to assess the overall performance of the missile,hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation has played a vital role in the design of a missile.Against the development of micronzation and universalization in test devices,this paper presents a missile HIL scheme,which adopts high performance industrial control computer with the help of MATLAB/Simulink tools and VxWorks real time operating system.It detailedly introduces the technique of generating the VxWorks real-time code and S-function applied for developing hardware drive.Contrastively analyzing the results of HIL and pure digital simulation proves the HIL test system is feasible and effective.
