摘    要:本文简介了"三农"问题、食品安全问题、绿色贸易壁垒问题,分析了发展绿色、有机食品是解决上述问题的有效措施之一,并提出了发展绿色、有机食品的具体措施。

Abstract:The problem of "san-nong", food safety and green trade barrier have been simply introduced in this paper. Then,that developing green foods and organic foods to increase the additional value of agricultural products and byproducts is one ofthe effective measures analysized. Meanwhile, the detailed measures to develop green foods and organic foods have been takenout.
