纳米材料在起绒针布用底布上的应用

为了提高国产起绒针布用底布表面胶的致密性、强度及弹性，更好地满足起绒针布对各类织物的起绒，分析了国内起绒针布用底布的常见问题，通过分析纳米材料的应用及物理性能，提出借助纳米材料来补强底布表面橡胶层的物理性能的设想，试验表明：利用纳米材料表面效应对橡胶补强效果十分显著的特性，通过采用合理工艺，可显著提高底布表面胶的综合性能指标，从而满足起绒针布对各类织物的起绒要求，可替代进口产品。
