硫化氢气体传感器的智能化设计

摘    要:将硫化氢气体传感器和微处理器、信号调理电路、温度传感器等芯片封装为一体,组成智能化传感器,实现信息存储、自动调零、数据处理、自检、标定等功能。介绍了智能化硫化氢气体传感器的工作原理和硬件电路设计、软件设计的方法。通过理论分析,建立传感器的数学模型,并对传感器进行温度补偿和对测量数据误差进行修正,提高了测量精度。该传感器具有测量精度高,环境适应能力强,可靠性高等特点,可应用于便携式、车载式、固定式测量仪器,实现对硫化氢气体的在线连续监测。

Abstract:H2S sensor, MCU, circuit and temperature sensor was integrated into a smart sensor, which can reahze data storage, auto zero, data process, self check up, calibration and so on. The principal, circuit and software design of Smart H2s sensor was introduced. Through analyze, mathematic model was constructed. The precision of the sensor was improved by data amendment and temperature compensation. The sensor described has high precision, high reliability and high circumstance adaptation tolerance which can be used to monitoring H2S on line by installed in portable, vehicle mounted or fixed instrument.
