超大水垂比大位移井钻井技术

摘    要:南海东部海域流花11-1油田(简称流花油田)经过8年生产后,因综合含水上升,产量递减较快,急需采取措施增储上产。从2001年开始,先后利用原生产井槽侧钻,以超大水垂比大位移井和侧钻井方式开发距离主开发区东翼4.5 km的3井区的油藏,至目前已实施4口侧钻大位移井, 3口侧钻井作业(按照国际上的定义标准,此3口侧钻井也属于大位移井范围), 7口井部分井段采用了旋转导向钻井技术,钻井施工过程顺利,其中B3ERW4大位移井最大水平位移5634.07 m,水垂比达到4.58,是国内水垂比最大的1口井,并排列在世界第10位。同时,这一批超大水垂比大位移井连续刷新并创造了海洋石油钻井多项新记录。实践证明,采用侧钻大位移井或侧钻井的方式,对于流花油田生产后期的增产是一种比较经济有效的措施和途径。这种综合开发技术对于浅滩油田和已开发油田周围的卫星构造的开发具有十分重要的借鉴意义。

Drilling Technology of Extended-Reach Well with Ultra-High Horizontal Displacement to Vertical Depth Ratio

Abstract:After 8 years production period, Liuhua11-1 oil fields (the brief name Liuhua oil field) in the eastern region of South China Sea area, because total water-cut rises, the production decline quickly, and need adopt measures urgently to increase reserves and produces. Since 2001, we make use of sidetrack drilling at the well slot of original producing well successively, by extended-reach well with ultra-high horizontal displacement to vertical depth ratio and sidetrack drilling methods develop the reservoir of 3 wellblock which is apart from east limb of principal development area 4.5 km. Up to now, we have put into practice 4 sidetrack drilling extended-reach wells, 3 sidetrack drilling operation(according to the international standard, the 3 wells also belong to the extend-reach well), parts of 7 wells adopt rotary steerable drilling technique, and the drilling operation process is successfully. Among them the biggest horizontal displacement of B3ERW4 extend-reach well is 5634.07m, and the horizontal and vertical ratio attains 4.58, and is the biggest ratio in domestic, and lies at the 10th of the world. At the same time, these extend-reach wells with ultra-high horizontal displacement to vertical depth ratio continue to break and create many new records about ocean petroleum drilling and best score of business enterprise field. Practice demonstrate that the sidetrack drilling extend-reach well or sidetrack drilling method is a kind of valid and economic measure and way to simulation for Liuhua old oil-field in production tail. This kind of integrated development technique has great reference significance for the development of the shoal oil-field and satellite structure of the developed oil-field.
