| 摘 要： | 油耗量检测是东风系列内燃机车水阻试验中一项必要检测指标，介绍了用虹吸原理检测东风系列内燃机车油耗量的方法。根据现场环境用单片机实现了硬件和软件设计，并对系统的误差进行了分析和校正。根据现场使用证明该系统结构简单、操作简便、测量准确、性能稳定，满足生产要求。

| Abstract: | Fuel-consumption is one of necessary parameter in Water-Resistance Test for Diesel Locomotives in DF series.A kind of method detecting fuel-consumption of DF series diesel locomotive using siphon principle is introduced.Hardware and software are designed using SCM according condition of local in this paper. And errors of this system are analyzed and revised.According use in locale,the system of structure and operation is simple;detection is exact and performance is steady. |
