| 摘 要： | 市场经济使所有社会组织都面临如何处理公共关系问题．未来的组织成员都应具备公关意识和公关能力．理工科大学生是未来社会组织的管理者，所以从现在开始就应对他们进行公关教育，使他们能胜任未来工作的需要．对于社会组织之一的理工科院校，同样也需要处理公共关系．因此，理工科院校应当普遍开设公共关系课．
