| Abstract: | The available factor of transmission and distribution facilities is analyzed, and some indices were used to e-valuate the operation management level. It is pointed out that the condition maintenance for transmission and distribution facilities is an important approach to improve the available factor, and the equipment cost and the system risk set a requirement for the reasonability of the available factor. |
