碳纤维主缆鞍座处抗滑移试验

摘    要:为了解悬索桥碳纤维增强复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced plastic,CFRP)主缆在鞍座处的抗滑移性能,对CFRP丝-鞍座界面的摩擦系数进行实测,结合实桥分析了多种鞍座两端CFRP主缆轴向拉力比对应的抗滑稳定安全系数.研究表明,CFRP主缆-鞍座界面的摩擦系数与界面压力无关;CFRP丝表面形式对摩擦系数有较大影响,微压纹单丝在鞍座处摩擦系数超过0.496;实桥中,当鞍座两端主缆轴向拉力比在1.02~1.08时,CFRP主缆鞍座处抗滑稳定安全系数大于4.7.
