“向—上工程”水土保持设施建设经验启示

国家电网公司高度重视＂向—上工程＂建设水土保持工作,严格执行水土保持法,认真落实水土保持方案各项要求,加大水土保持与生态环境建设投入与管理力度,以争创＂水土保持示范工程＂为目标,努力倡导和谐、绿色工程理念,通过优化设计方案和施工工艺,开展水土保持监理、监测,加强现场安全文明施工管理,落实＂两型一化＂＂两型三新＂等措施,力求工程建设达到减少扰动土地面积、控制水土流失、保护生态环境等目的,确保水土流失防治目标均达到并优于水土保持方案设计要求。

State Grid Corporation of China attaches great importance on water and soil conservation of Xiang Jiaba-Shanghai Project,strictly implement Water and Soil Conservation Law and conscientiously implement the requirements of water and soil conservation program,increase investment on water and soil conservation and ecological environment construction,take the＂water and soil conservation demonstration project＂ as targets and work towards promoting harmony,green engineering concepts,by optimizing the design and construction process,carry out water and soil conservation supervision,monitoring,enhance on-site safe and civilized construction management,implementation of the ＂two-type in one＂ and ＂two-type 、three-new＂ and other measures aimed to reduce the construction area of land disturbance,erosion control,protection of ecological environment,ensure that water and soil conservation goals are met and control over program design requirements.
