航煤生产精制技术进展及前景

摘    要:综述了国内外航空燃料(航煤)生产精制工艺采用的几种方法,重点介绍了碱洗-吸附联合精制工艺、催化氧化脱硫醇-吸附联合精制工艺及碱洗-催化氧化脱硫醇-吸附复合精制工艺的基本原理和现状,以及国内近几年航煤生产脱硫和脱色精制工艺的改进进展。指出加氢精制工艺及纤维膜精制工艺将是大型炼化企业航煤生产中具有应用前景的精制工艺。

Abstract:Both the domestic and foreign technologies for the production of jet fuel are reviewed in this paper,with the emphatically analysis on the principles and the status of the coupled processes including the alkali wash-adsorption,catalytic oxidation of mercaptan-adsorption and alkali wash-catalytic oxidation of mercaptan-adsorption.The process improvements in the desulfurization and decoloring of jet fuel are also summarized.It is pointed out that the refining processes by virtue of hydrogenation and fiber membrane will be promising processes adopted in the production of jet fuel in the large-scale refining and chemical enterprises.
