摘    要:采用模态测试方法和数字仿真技术,分析了某型号踏板型摩托车发动机弹性吊挂系统、整车系统等的模态特性,在此基础上,提出并实施了控制该车振动的实验方案.结果表明,摩托车系统动态特性对整车振动有很大的影响,结合模态测试技术和数字仿真的方法,能够有针对性地、快速地发现摩托车振动的根本原因,并能相应地采用有效措施控制整车的振动.

Abstract:The vibration analysis of a scooter is performed using modal test method and numerical simulation technology.The modal characteristics of engine suspension system and other motorcycle systems are tested and calculated,and the methods to control the vibration of this motorcycle are put forward and carried out.The test and calculating results indicate that the dynamic characteristic of the motorcycle systems has great influence on its vibration amplitude,and show that the method combined the modal test technology with the numerical simulation method can be used to effectively and quickly find out the basic reasons for the motorcycle vibration,and the effective control method can be accordingly performed to control the motorcycle vibration.
