教育投资对中国经济增长贡献的计量分析

摘    要:教育具有直接收益和外溢效应,这似乎显而易见,但提出具有说服力的数据并不是那么容易.通过运用菲德模型测算我国1994-2003共10年间教育投资对经济增长的贡献,结果表明,教育对经济增长具有显著的贡献,教育投资具有很高的收益,具有很强的外溢作用.同时,教育外溢作用低下的问题也急需解决.

Abstract:Education has direct revenues and overflowing effects. But it is difficult to give accurate data for analysis of them. By using Feder-model, the econometrics measurement on the effects of the educational inverstment to the economic growth in China during 1994--2003 is made. The result indicates that education has made a great contribution to economic growth, and the education investment has high revenues and strong overflowing effects. Simultaneity, the situation should be changed that the overflowing effects are lower than it should be.
